Travelocity is an exact replica of Expedia without their rewards program with basically the same “guarantees” including Best Price one.
You can access Travelocity Best Price Guarantee here.
As I had already done the monthly maximum number (3) claims with Expedia, I decided to make my first booking on Travelocity for years.

Conclusion
The guarantee works exactly like the Expedia one because they are the same company anyway and the people replying to these claims appears to be (Expedia’s) Tier 3 customer service folks.
I book quite a few flights with Expedia and often can find other sites selling them for few cents less and can then file for the BRG to collect the $50 hotel coupon. These come handy when booking hotels that are not part of the chain or with less than stellar loyalty program.
